API Awards 2026 - ENTRIES
The Africa Property Investment (API) Awards are peer-to-peer awards, established to recognize and promote excellence in Africa’s rising real estate sector. These awards have become a critical benchmark for measuring success in the industry.
The awards will be awarded during the 10th Annual API Awards Dinner ceremony on 17 September 2026
IMPORTANT INFO TO NOTE BEFORE SUBMISSIONS:
Finalists MUST attend both the API Summit and The Awards Dinner. Tickets for each are to be purchased separately.
- The finalist list will be released closer to the event dates.
All required documents must be completed and submitted by 31 July 2026.
