Taking place on 19 September, the Annual Africa Proptech Forum hosted by the API Summit is a pan-Africa deep dive into the growing role of property technology (Proptech) and AI across the real estate value chain and asset classes.
In 2025, rapid advances by tech, AI, and technology are transforming the property sector and enabling faster decision making; enabling the development of new and alternative asset development projects; simplifying asset management; and ESG and reporting frameworks, and more. In 2025, rapid tech advances will enable innovators to execute their ideas and maximize performance.
ANNUAL PROPTECH INNOVATION AWARDS
The 2025 Start Up Competition has been replaced by the Proptech & Innovation Prize.
This Award seeks to recognize the growth of the proptech sector and the key role it plays in real estate.
The winner will be announced at the Gala Dinner on 18 September 2025,
Selected Finalists will have an opportunity to demo their products at the APF Summit on the 19th September 2025.
