API Awards 2026 - ENTRIES
The Africa Property Investment (API) Awards are peer-to-peer awards, established to recognize and promote excellence in Africa’s rising real estate sector. These awards have become a critical benchmark for measuring success in the industry.
This year, the awards will be awarded during the 17th Annual API Summit on 17 & 18 September 2026
IMPORTANT INFO TO NOTE BEFORE SUBMISSIONS:
Finalists MUST attend both the API Summit and The Awards Dinner. Tickets for each are to be purchased separately.
- The finalists list will be released closer to the event dates.
All required documents must be completed and submitted by 31 July 2026.
