Leon’s experience ranges from turning around troubled hotels in short periods of time, to assessing the successes and failures during the planning stages of over 2500 capital projects over R 100mil, to positioning a local engineering software company as one of the global leaders in its field on the international market, to establish a company that focuses on SMME’s for adopting B.I.M. Leon has presented at multiple international B.I.M. conferences and is on an international committee for B.I.M. transformation in Africa and a director in a local committee, BIMcommUNITY.africa.​
